Workplace Risk Assessment (RA)

It is a legal requirement that all companies with employees must prepare a workplace risk assessment that covers all working environment conditions in the company.

It is the employer’s responsibility that the company prepares a workplace risk assessment and that the employees are involved in the process.

If your workplace has fewer than five employees, the workplace assessment does not need to be written.

The workplace risk assessment should be revised when there are changes which could lead to new hazards.
