At the same time, they each represent many years of experience with business development and operations from large national and international companies and organizations.
All participants participate as private individuals and are therefore not representatives of any companies, organizations, or authorities.
With more than 30 years of experience as a director for DI Transport and other business organizations, Michael contributes with extensive knowledge and insight from the highest political scene. Michael has many years of national, as well as international, experience. Michael holds a long list of trust and board positions in councils, committees and companies.
Matti is partner in the law firm Kønig Advokater and has served as Copenhagen Risk & Safety Group's lawyer for a number of years. Matti is a commercial lawyer and has extensive experience both as a lawyer and as part of boards and advisory boards, assisting companies commercially and legally. Matti's focus is particularly on companies with a scaling potential.
Paul is the founding director of Snug Architects, a multi-award winning design studio based in the UK. He provides strategic leadership on complex projects, enthusiastically engaging stakeholders and effectively communicating and maintaining priorities through the life of a project. Paul is also leads BizMin, an international organisation dedicated to helping entrepreneurs create businesses with social purpose.
Professor Emeritus at the Technical University of Denmark, Henning is a leading expert in human behavior, specializing in technology, automation, and AI. With a career spanning Research Center Risø and DTU, he has led and contributed to numerous national and international projects analyzing human performance in safety-critical domains, including aviation, shipping, and healthcare.
Finn has been engaged in international M&A for the largest Danish telecommunication company, TDC. As part of merger activities, he was also a member of supervisory boards in several major telco acquisitions in other European countries. For four years he was appointed CFO in Polkomtel, which in this period became one of Poland largest mobile phone operators. He also had management responsibilities for production and development of internal services for the TDC group.
Jens earned his MSc in Business Economics & Auditing (Cand.merc.aud, 2012) and Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Financial and Management Accounting) from Copenhagen Business School. He is currently CFO in the Product Companies Division of FLSmidth A/S, a listed company on the OMX Nasdaq Stock Exchange in Copenhagen. His previous experience includes being an auditor with KPMG and various positions in finance in large organisations.
